China's BYD to sell passenger vehicles in Italy

China's leading electric vehicle manufacturer BYD announced its entry into the Italian passenger car market and launched four models in the region, the BYD ATTO 3, BYD Han, BYD DOLPHIN and the BYD SEAL, reported Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News.
Italy is an important automobile market in Europe and occupies an important position in BYD's overseas development lay-out. In 2013, BYD entered the Italian new energy commercial vehicle market, and this time entering the Italian passenger car market, it will cooperate with a number of local core dealers, and five stores will be opened in Milan, Turin, Florence and other cities in Italy at the same time.
