BEIJING, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Chinese president, held talks Wednesday with Thongloun Sisoulith, general secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee and Lao president.
