"Charity Delivery" Program

COSCO SHIPPING Charity Foundation has established the "Charity Delivery" platform to support international humanitarian relief efforts by social organizations in China. The platform utilizes the professional logistics and transport capabilities of COSCO SHIPPING to provide professional, efficient, safe and free transportation services for charitable supplies. It operates based on the principles of promoting social harmony and progress, carrying forward the national spirit, supporting philanthropic undertakings, and spreading the love of COSCO SHIPPING. Through freight donations, the platform facilitates the transportation of public welfare materials. 

Since its launch in 2021, the platform has transported multiple batches of international aid supplies donated by Chinese charity organizations, including water purifiers donated to Ethiopia and the first batch of anti-pandemic supplies donated by the Red Cross Society of China to India. Moving forward, the Group will continue to focus on the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations, such as poverty eradication, zero hunger, health and well-being, quality education, clean drinking water, and decent work. By providing transportation services to international assistance and advocacy programs worldwide, COSCO SHIPPING aims to contribute to the well-being of humanity.
