She added, "Next year marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and China. We are planning numerous activities to prepare for this milestone, including robust tourism exchanges. Beyond routine interactions, I believe deeper exchanges through education and the arts will strengthen our relations."

The "Chongqing Meets Thailand International Youth Art Exchange Exhibition" series launched its registration phase in March this year, inviting youth from both regions to submit artistic works. The exhibition features over 200 selected pieces categorized into themes such as "Enchanted Chongqing," "Magical Thailand," and "Imagining Chongqing and Thailand." Youth artists passionately portrayed unique urban landscapes, enticing cuisines, and vibrant flora and fauna, expressing their aspirations and visions of a better world.

The exhibition will continue until the end of August, and citizens are welcome to visit Xiahao Lane, Nanbin Road, to view it.

The event serves as a cultural bridge between Chongqing and Thailand, fostering deep cooperation in cultural tourism and promoting mutual visits, cultural exchanges, and understanding.

"I hope Thai children can come to learn about the beauty of Chongqing's Yangtze River Cableway," said Wan Xingrui, a child who participated in the exhibition. Another young artist said, "I also hope Thailand and Chongqing can foster friendly relations. Thai children are welcome to visit Chongqing for tourism, taste our specialty foods, and experience local delights."

As the organizer, Chongqing Window of International Culture and Tourism Co. Ltd leverages its role as a municipal-level platform for international cultural and tourism exchanges. It continues to nurture the "Chongqing Meets the World" series, promoting bilateral international cultural and tourism exchanges, linking diverse resources, and supporting the development of Chongqing as a globally recognized tourism destination and a center for international exchange in central and western China.
