JAKARTA, Sept. 7 (Xinhua) -- The 43rd Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit concluded in Jakarta on Thursday with a series of outcomes despite rising uncertainties globally.

The summit under Indonesia's ASEAN chairmanship this year is themed "ASEAN Matters: Epicentrum of Growth."

An Indonesian expert has said that cooperation between China and ASEAN will help the global economy to prevent further slowdown.
